Just put it back together, everything seems fine, but even though bolt pulls back smoothly, it will not catch and cock. Tried adjusting "D" screw, first stage adjuster and 'E" screw, pull weight adjuster, didn't work. Fix?

check the top sear has been put back in correctly . should be under tension from the L shaped spring .
