TX200 trigger adjustment

Good morning, would someone be kind enough to point me in the wright direction to set up a trigger from scratch. I have been given a Rowan adjustable but the stage one and two adjustment scews have been wound down.

My suggestion would be to email/phone Rowan and ask them to post/email the instruction sheet. It gives a guide to fitting and setting up. The first thing you could do though is to try and copy the length that pokes out on your current trigger blade.
