Swop Panorama 4-12x50AO for Mamba Lite

Looking to swop my Panorama 4-12x50AO 1/2 mil dot for 3-12x44 Mamba Lite, I have used this scope once at indoor range but found the ret too fine for my eyes, is as new and boxed but I cant find the flip up covers.
