BBF Flight

I just heard the beautiful and familiar sound of multiple Merlin engines overhead and rushed outside to be greeted by the sight of the BBF Lancaster directly overhead and I estimate at no more than 800ft. What a gorgeous sight and sound, a true beauty with a mechanical symphony rumbling away. That's made my day!
Weston airshow this weekend so I might make my way to Brean Down in the morning, a great place to see the display and free apart from the parking.

ITs the Swansea air show next weekend so I will also be watching the Lancaster flying by but I as I live on a hill it will be eye level when it does fly by

I've a feeling he may fly a little higher this year,I'm not saying I live on a rough estate but on last years fly past someone nicked his wheels

It passed right over my house at low level, what a truly amazing site.
