low powered s200

hello folks,just picked up a s200.just ran it over my combro and its only doing 3flbs,is there any way of telling if its a target model,says 2007 on the cyl ,if its a t model where would I get a standard hammer spring,or does it just need a good service and lube.

you could ask AA and send them the serial number but the 200T should be 6ftlb anyway.
