Any compensation awarded should immediately be forfeit and given to Lee's family to do with as they see fit. This should apply to all claims by an offender who has caused injury, harm or loss.

i remember at the time it happened i said on here that the death penalty for the 2 killers should be invoked, and immediately got involved in a heated debate with a member who claimed that the killers had human rights
i still stand by my beliefs that lee rigby had human rights, and the killers forfeited theirs by murdering him in such a barbaric fashion
i also stand by my belief that there is no need for a costly court trial, all the evidence that they are guilty is there on video footage for all to see.
they should have been executed the next day. they should be allowed to throw a dice to determine their method of execution, 1 = hanging, 2 = shot, 3 - drowned,
4 - beheaded, 5 - burnt, and 6 = they get another throw of the dice
