I can still sign in and my pics are all there. I have not paid either. I looked at the 510 strip down which others can see but I can't. On some other posts I can see the images, but not this one. David.

Photobucket changed their rules with respect to "third party web site linking" .. They now refuse any requests for linked pictures, unless the account owner coughs up 400 USD a year subscription

Thanks, that explains it all. Good while it lasted but not worth the money. David.

Re: Photobucket images
Nothing is free. I dont trust any cloud service not to do the same as Photobucket as advert revenue declines. The ads already got so bad that folk are investing a quid or two on adblockers.
Some people trust clouds to store their master photo collections in the absence of any hard disk capacity.
On laptops puny SSDs replace traditional huge spinny disks. Who leads the way with cloud storage? - Apple and Microsoft, the people who slimmed down the laptops in the first place. New users who have little or no local storage will get a shock when their 20 Gigabytes of cloud storage suddenly gets a lot more expensive. It would take days to bring back to earth. "Ransomware" springs to mind.
