Meanwhile in Cardiff, it would appear that the Welsh have taken things to another level .... Spotted on a bike ride last weekend between Cardiff and Newport! :shock:

I have seen this sign on rover way behind the steelworks in Cardiff a few times and chuckle everytime i see it.
