If it was my decision he would have had the location beaten out of him and very shortly after he would have been hung which he escaped by four weeks
It has cost over 10 million pound too keep that piece of shit in a high security wing I'm sure that money could have been spent better else where.
This country is too soft our prisons are full of men and women who don't deserve the air they breath but let us not forget that they have human rights too, much like they're victims
