when a guy opens a post on youtube, with an air rifle hitting consecutive cans at 100 yds (can`s I know, but, c`mon AAOC, be honest- 100 yards!!!)
An Air Rifle that can make a competent but not expert airgunner confidently hit targets at that distance has to be on anyones wish list-thank god I`m only 2K short of owning one, otherwise,- I`d be divorced.

Did I mention that I'm the only one to have attended EVERY meet since we started
Re: Daystate Pulsar (again-sorry)

Re: Daystate Pulsar (again-sorry)
Was out plinking with S200 and my son was shooting plastic coke bottles at 100y.
Bit like mortar fire but very dooable. I didn't think it was possible but I'd never tried it before.
We used a big sheet of cardboard to zero and I think it was 1 1/2 drum rotations.

If it's sub 12 then just can't see how it's any better than anything else. A rifled barrel on a Pulsar may well be exactly the same as the barrel on both of my rifles. If you elevate your scope enough you can shoot to a theoretical 400 yards running sub 12.

Re: Daystate Pulsar (again-sorry)
I handled a pulsar at my local gun shop and it was very nice.
I would think any modern good quality air rifle will group like that especially when you use a good solid bench and a good solid bench rest

Two grand to shoot tin cans, my little S400 can do this and I think it cost me about £300 plus! each to there own I suppose.rog

Gotta say it again, I've got one, I love it. Accurate, very easy to handle and a pleasure to shoot.
