guy enters a cake shop & says to the owner
"how much for the strawberry tart?"
baker says "pound mate, everything`s a pound, that`s why the sign outside says all cakes a pound!"
guy says "how much for the blueberry muffin then?"
baker takes a long look at him & says "pound mate, they`re all a pound!"
guy says, "so how much is the lemon tart?" baker says "are you trying to take the piss?"
bloke says "no mate, honestly I`m just trying to make my mind up!"
then asks "so how much for the apple turnover then?"
the baker yells & runs round the counter trying to bundle the guy out of the shop, the guys yelling "no mate, please, I`ve made my mind up, honestly!"
baker says "have you really?"
guy says "yeah seriously, I want that one at the back there, honestly!"
the baker go`s back round the counter & wraps up the cake, put`s it on the counter & says "one pound fifty!"
guy says "you said everything was a pound!"
baker says "aye, but that ones Madeira cake!"
