Do we know how does it know the density of the skull / brain matter? Or is this based on ballistic jelly?
I note there is no measure for lateral wound channel which in many cases can be more important than depth.
No measure of potential energy transmission in terms of shock as well.

I'd be interested in seeing the equation and the assumptions - but very interesting stuff. ;)
