Tme to confess

Fri Jan 29, 2016 11:08 pm

All right people time to "fess up". its almost a full month into 2016 and at the beginning of the year people were saying about there new years resolutions, so heres the question "how many of us have fallen by the way side"?.
I for 1 did manage to last a whole 2 weeks. My (only) resolution was - no full monty breakfasts at work at least through out January.

I set out to lose a little weight. Not that I'm fat, 6 ft. and 210 lbs., but a little bit off would help my FT shooting. First thing I've done is add on about 5-10 lbs. so I can lose it more easily.

I have lost 5 Kg between breaking up for Christmas and the end of Jan 8-)
All I did was cut back a bit of alcohol.
You drink less, so you eat less.

I made one to jack in smoking tobacco two years gone 1st Jan 2016. Still not had a single drag of a tab in that time. I do vape though :)

I`m still off the tabs, ok, not a resolution, but, if you knew me (before) you`d be astonished I`d ever give up the dreaded weed. still,- quite chuffed with myself.
