Seal change

Hi guys
Just changed my seals on my s400 classic,problem is its makes a pop noise when i fire it instead of a ping,also powers dropped,could this be the transfer port seal misaligned?
Also do i have to empty air from the gun just to remove breech and barrel?

check barrel alignment as well .
