Prosport cocking bar dropping down

Good afternoon, been out shooting with a friend today. My friend has a Prosport on which the cocking bar keeps dropping down from the locked position, any ideas please?

I have the same issue with my Pro Sport. Could we have an answer posted here please?

slacken off the trigger bolt a little, slacken off the bolt which retains the aluminium cocking rail, apply a little force to push the rail forward. tighten the bolt which holds the rail down. tighten trigger bolt back up.
