FREE ACCURACY FROM YOUR RIFLE... please see.

Sat Nov 14, 2015 7:17 pm

Okay, wile watching a few videos on youtube I came across this very interesting video indeed.

The Guy in the video figured out that you stock screw tightness can make an considerable difference to the accuracy of you rifle.
The chap in the video bellow experimented with a .22 rim-fire rifle, however, this could apply to Air Rifles as well, the tightness of you rifle stock mounting screws can make a big difference too accuracy, so give it a try, and see if this works for you just by loosing and tightening you rifle stock screws/fixings... :D

Unsure if the guy is trying to sell a toque screwdriver... maybe.

See video bellow and see what I mean... ;)

If this works for you then this could be (ONE) of the problems between the same make of rifle shooting more accurate than another, something to think about... eh!

your thoughts please!

It makes a difference on a Theoben Rapid, something to do with harmonics.
The early bird may get the worm, but it's the second one mouse that gets the cheese.

He'd best remove the barrel band and free float the barrel and maybe buy a rifle of better build quality. ;) Free floating has more effect on a rifle - well it certainly did on my Brno which was touching the forestock just ever so slightly in places.

What is a toque screwdriver Zippy?

PS. Do you know where I can obtain self sealing stembolts?

Couldn't help but think of Monty Python when he mentioned "My theory is...."
