Next years meet.

Well i must say Micks place was nice, but did you want to go somewhere else next year ?

I am thinking next year of a non refundable deposit being made that will persuade more numbers to turn up

I agree with the deposit, but I think that more than just a plinking range should be set up.

I will travel anywhere really, but not if its just for 2 days of plinking..... I can do that 10 minutes from my house.

The venue was perfect this year. What would make it even better? Some HFT targets in the trees :)

About the non refundable deposit, i agree 100% Only thing i would suggest is that if some one cant turn up, their money is held for a future meet because it is about making a commitment.

we could have a 10 target 3 positional competition, there is plenty of room.
we could also have air rifle darts, and the reflex targets again.

i don't mind where we go,but have to say Mick's place is tidy and if it rains,we are more than covered.

are we going back to April? or are we keeping it a summer meet?

what would the die hard regulars like.
did i mention,i have done one less meet then Ray, lol.

I feel so guilty that I didn't get there but no doubt you will understand why. Micks place sounds great, undercover areas and plenty of plinking opportunity but as said before a bit more of a competitive element might help. More competitions, games, interactive shooting may help so maybe ideas from members rather than just the same few organising things might help?
As for location, well wherever it's held will be too far for some particularly in the far north or south. Dates? Holiday times are best for most of us I think, April in the midlands has a habit of being cold and wet!
