Sadly, Clare and I are going our separate ways shortly, we've been through it before and tried again but this time we both realise it's not working and isn't going to get any better. Sympathy isn't needed or wanted, we will both be happier apart and may even get along better apart. Clare and Morgan are staying in the family home, I'm buying a park home on a site right in the middle of my best rabbit shooting area and close enough for Morgan to visit after school and stay at weekends. It's all amicable and as civilized as possible although still emotional for both of us.
I hope to still get to the meet but no guarantees, obviously at this time my family and particularly Morgan are more important and therefore will take priority.

Been there myself Tim (twice), so i know what you're going through.
You will be amazed how kids can adapt to the changes that will be happening in the near future, and as you say, the family must take priority.

I think you realise it isn't working when you actually look forward to being apart. Hopefully we'll stay close friends, after all we've spent a large part of our lives together and have a wonderful son that we love dearly. A family friend once told me it wasn't natural for a man and a woman to live in the same house, they should live apart and just get together when they feel like company, I'm inclined to agree!

Me and Michelle separated on New Year eve, this year, we fell out over the TV remote, the thing is I never watch TV, them soaps are so depressing.

We traveled around the world together, every were around the world, Only to fall out over a TV remote,...... Life's strange eh!.
