Wile Waiting for a stock to be swapped over as of damage in transit in Bagnall after my rifle was sent back for repairs under warranty, I was offered a cuppa and given a free tin of pellets for my trouble. I really shouldn't have to justify myself to you Pat

Mick i was never asking you to justify yourself at all or indeed defend yourself

I was simply asking a question which you had umpteen posts to answer but instead you were evasive and went around the world. Anyway you cuppa in Bagnalls was it Earl Grey being in Grey St or Lady Grey
Seriously though i've used virtually every Gunshop in the North East over the years which was the reasoning behind my original question and i have to say that i've always had good service from Bagnalls and Alan in particular is a very knowledgeable shooter. Some may think different but i've used them several times back as far as the 80's Price matching they've done for me as well when i bought my Steiner Bino's they matched Uttings and no postage to pay.
So Michael there was never any offence intended i hope you understand its just personal touches like a friendly cuppa are now few and far between not just in gunshops in the north East but the vast majority of areas now. Years ago you expected it from a gunshop whether spending money or just popping in for a social call
