Newbie S410, issues with gun???

Hi mate my s400 will only shoot a couple of hundred shots before the barrel needs cleaning, i know how you feel its so frustrating, i use AA pellets or jsb and they are very soft and leave a deposit in the barrel, the owners manual for my rifle does state it will require cleaning between 200-300 shots,i use a pull through with a spray in mine but turn youre rifle upside down so the fluid doesnt drain down youre transfer port

It may also be worth checking if the barrel band grub screws are loose. If they are, the slightest knock can send the shots off target. Your best bet is to loosen both screws, tap the barrel gently till it finds its natural position, then tighten it up. No harm in giving it a try.
