I don't have a regulator on my s200, don't see a need for it, my earlier one I had one fitted ! was ok, but this 200 is for me perfect as it is, very consistant does most things well.

I have an Altaros and a Tench on the S200s at home. However, I have fitted for other members, the Huma and the Lane.
So basically handled all the options myself.

The Tench is the most consistent, the heaviest, very strongly engineered, probably the most expensive and also requires the most work 8-) Also, I am not sure if Simon is still actively making any more of these.

All the others are a much of a muchness in terms of performance, price, complexity etc. The Lane is British ... made in the Midlands so cheaper to ship, return if there is an issue and less problems with post. The Altaros and Huma are European.

I had an external huma then fitted a longer cylinder and quick fill. Swapped the huma to an internal Altaros.
Both performed pretty similarly.
Now taken the Altaros out and gone back to normal.
