Hi

Sun Sep 27, 2015 10:04 am

New member here 8-)
Kev,s the name bought myself a nice new
S410f Carbine in .22 fitted with
Air Arms silencer
Hawke Vantage 4-16x50 scope
Got a lamp off ebay
And I got a
Hawke 400 range finder as I'm not so good at judging distances yet.
Got the gun for pest control at the wife's stables ( rabbits destroying the field, got half a dozen of the little buggers so far )
Been practicing at the local Field Target Club I'm getting some nice tight groups at 35 metres and can hit targets out to 50 metres 8-) I just need to get better at sneaking up on rabbits now ;)
I've done ok sitting behind camo netting and ambushing them

Welcome Kev, Eboswan has had great success stalking rabbits by pushing a sheep in front of him with the rifle on its back, you do need the special wellies though.
