Im dipping my toes in the water so to speak. I'd be interested to hear from those how own/ed, AA Ultra Sporter S510 and HW 100 kt both in .177
Im more interested in factual ability and reliabilty charateristic than loyalty brands promotional waffle etc (so often written on a number of Air rifle sites). Im favouring the AA U
US s510 .. though when l've, on the odd occasion, shouldered the HW 100 kt it fits me a treat. I know nothing in life is 100% guaranteed reliable, but ideally its wise me thinks to buy something thats renowned for being usually reliable. Presently own a BSA Ultra that been modified. It's accurate and delivers 70 + very constant shots ... lm wondering if lm only trying to convince myself l'd be better off selling it and buying either of the aforementioned pcp's. ... cheers
AA Ultra S & HW100 kt
Re: AA Ultra S & HW100 kt
Cant speak of the US but I have owned an HW100KT. The HW is a lovely rifle (I still own a HW100T) but if shot count is an issue you'll be better off with your Ultra SE. My 100 in carbine form would return 4x14 shot mags from a 200 bar fill. Enough for a hunting sesh, but a PITA on the range!
