Hi I have a 2003 s400 that has developed a leak, it is leaking round the ball at end of fill valve, does the fill valve need replacing ? and is that straight forward ? I have tried trying to undo but don't seem to keen on loosening lol

Re: air leak
Sounds like you need a new one.

Re: air leak
DO NOT loosen (OR try) when the cylinder is charged / pressurisedBobbyP1954 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 31, 2022 1:48 pmI have tried trying to undo but don't seem to keen on loosening
if you don't want a little suprise anyway
safety-first with hpa, ALWAYS vent / drain before work
ps. sounds like a new 'foster' coupling / fill-valve is needed
