Hi all,
Joined today and need some advice please, picked up a second hand AA s410 today and the spring at the rear of the trigger blade is missing so floppy trigger, which spring do I need and is it straight forward to fit?
Plus noticed when I charged the gun that it leak air from around the valve/ adapter when it gets to about 155-160 bar. Is it just a case of replacing the rings?
Thanks in advance for any replays

the diagram shows 2 trigger springs items 18 and 24.
Provided 18 is there, 24 is not needed if you want a light trigger which is only floppy when uncocked.
(18 is NOT a filling valve spring!)

If you want the spring at rear of trigger it is part no S311 trigger load spring, and fill valve o rings are S474 male connector o rings. Julian is the spares man on here, Rog

yes sorry should have said that's Julians (bgaltd) spares website I posted but you can visit via this forum. send him a PM.
The Rothery Bisley site is wholesale only but they do good diagrams!
By the way you would need to have the original 410 trigger blade. If the previous owner fitted an adjustable blade like the Rowan one it may be too short to catch the second spring. For some reason AA omit the rear spring from all the MPRs that have an identical 3 sear trigger unit as 410 but shorter trigger blades. The spring hole is there but the spring would wriggle out. I think it is a lovely trigger without it anyway.

I cut the spring in a clipper lighter in half. It worked fine. Not the lighter though.

Older S410s didn't have the little spring at the rear of the trigger, the trigger was floppy until cocked. The change over was about 2006 I believe about the same time as the T bar fill adapter. If the OP has the old style fill adapter then in all probability the trigger didn't have the spring.
