had to take a day off work with my back & shoulders still aching, I demanded from the boss, a proper day off, ( ok, I submitted a request in writing, in triplicate as per the rules) a new `walk` was opened up recently near us, runs from East to West coast of scotland called the John Muir Way, me & the boss had a small taste of it today, 50 mins uphill stroll to a viewpoint overlooking Glen Fruin & Loch Lomond, worth every minute just for the views.
that`s Ben Lomond behind the boss,
this is Sox being Sox,
jumped into a pool & as she tried to get out, she realised she`d no purchase under her rear paws, then froze clutching the edge, she was stuck in all the dead leaves in the bottom of the pool, guess who`d to pull her out (again!) & yes, (again), she stunk!
sitting now with a few Thatchers ciders to keep the pain in my shoulder at bay, the gaffer said it`s the cider or cocodomol but not both so, Thatchers it is then.
hope you like the pics & it`s not boring you.
cheers guys.

Re: John Muir Way
My stiff legs tell me I did I dont think it is the cyscling as I am regulary putting in around 150K a week. I foolishly entered a challenge to do 50 squats in the shortest time on Sunday morning. I think that accounts for the pain
