Good day gents...

Sun Mar 21, 2021 12:27 am

Got the rocket 3 out today, found my way to a hole in the wall for a couple modelas and a shot of old #7. Riding the 2011 Zx10r tomorrow or Monday. The gym opened back up and I’m back in the routine but getting back to where I was after 9 months off due to COVID is going to take some time. Had first COVID shot 2 weeks ago and getting 2nd in a week.

The tx has not lost anything and I just picked up a sleeve of jsb exacts a month or so ago, I shoot a lot during the winter months. I think of the old days on the aaoc every time I pick it up, sure miss you guys. I don’t social media at all.

Three grandkids and that keeps me rolling. Had my 3.5yr old granddaughter here for 4 days and she wore me down.

Life is good, great lab reports from all the specialists keeping me on this side of the grass. My gastroenterologist said I will outlast his practice at my last procedure a months or so ago. I am slowing down but can still bench my body weight 12 times and that’s not too shabby. I power walk 3 miles in 38 minutes on a treadmill (I hate them) at 4.7 & 4.8mph.

That’s about it. My very best to you all. Zing of the wild frontier.

Great to see your doing well. COVID has hit every corner of the globe and still doing its worst.
I’ve lost a few good friends and it’s a hard pill to swallow, and my head just can’t get around it.

I do hope we get back to some sort of new normal soon and this third wave is a mere ripple.

All the very best Tim
