Has a silver lining.

Coronavirus maybe causing mayhem with our everyday lives BUT surely the preventitive measures around the world are having a positive impact on the environment. Very few airplanes flying, a lot less traffic on the roads, factories scaling down or shutting down for a period on a global scale.

I wonder if coronovirus Natures way of halting/slowing down the enviromental pollution and giving the earth a short well needed helping hand.

I’m sure it is Kev. Everything happens for a reason.
I love going to work in the reduced traffic. I go the country route and I’m starting to see rabbits on the verges.

Have you seen the satellite pics taken over China, they were the before and after the corona virus outbreak the air pollution had almost disappeared.
When you think about it we are just a virus on this planet and one day nature will find a way too get rid of us.

Hi Brian
I've seen them satallite pics and some of the canals in Venice. Which are now almost clear.
It's remarkable what has happened in such a short space of time.

i'm not sure if this is a direct effect of the virus but i've noticed that my wife is creating much more methane than she did before the outbreak...perhaps it's just that i notice it more as we're stuck here in each other's company...zing of wedded bliss...

I think its natures way of saying we are pest on the planet and its time to thin us out.
We are all about greed, and getting everything we want now.
