Currently at Harefield with the duchess. She needs some serious surgery. In read-only mode at present.

Well she had her aortic valve replacement on Monday and touch wood she’s making normal progress. The op is similar to replacing the firing valve on a S400 without taking the cylinder off, whilst still shooting a match, but a bit more tricky. Clever people! God bless and save the NHS.
