Well I had never heard of a tsunami until a few years ago. Do you think it’s likely to happen at that resort. If it does why would you risk staying there

[15:31, 8/7/2018] Jane: Not going to Gili Trawangan now- all transport there is cancelled and Booking.com have cancelled the booking and given full refund- so we have just rebooked for tomorrow to Seminyak. X

[06:53, 8/9/2018] Jane: In Seminyak now - there has just been another big one 5 mins ago - felt it here, my sun lounger was shaking, first of all I thought it was Jack moving me, when I looked he wasn’t even there and I was still rocking . Scared me again- I’m still shaking- and we are further west now too xx

At least you're pretty much safe on a Sun lounger. I'll have a look when i get back in the house.

All's well now thankfully, and they're enjoying the rest of their holiday.
