Now that the nights are pulling in I ventured out for a lamping session Friday night

I only managed to bag three but its a start
What was very noticeable was the chill in the air

autumn is upon us and its time too blow the dust of the winter gear and wrap up a little warmer for my next trip out but I must confess I do like the cold nights out lamping it makes me feel invigorated

I can cope with cold hands, ears, nose but if my feet get cold I'm one grumpy barsteward

Loving the early onset of night, and now theres an R in the month (nothing to do with pirates) my customers are eagerly waiting their bunnys.
Only managed one last night, but it was on a small perm where there has been some scratting, so one was taken and more will follow if the scratting persists.
As for the change in temp on a night, i may have to break out a jumper.

Autumn is upon us, well, not all of us. It was 97 f here yesterday and I got a pretty good dose of sun when mowing.
