After 7 years most of your cells will be renewed. But my medical records still show me as "ex-smoker" despite giving up 45 years ago. B'stards won't let it go!

14 years for me , smoked for 35 years .
still on my medical records ,
but still best ting I did looking at my
brother on his oxygen all the time .
could be me if I had of kept going .
