Its going too be cold for you guys up north towards the end of the week.... wrap up warm guys.

Its already cold up here. Heavy frost at 5 this morning when I went to work. The roads were treacherous, as no gritters had been out. I think it caught a few people out.

I did 71 Km on my roadbike today with 9 others from the South Leicestershire CTC group. It was warm, dry and glorious !!

Ummm ... That went over my head, Gary. I am a novice relatively speaking and havent come across a drink called 105
