idea happens it will be a fantastic too watch as I have an unrestricted view of the planned area for the lagoon plus what an attraction it will make for the city.

It certainly looks interesting but at a very large cost.

Much better prospect than all those concrete wind turbines that clutter the landscape.

I still like the idea of a Severn barrage system, a new road and rail link running on top of it and vast amounts of almost continuous power. The initial costs would be pretty steep and we would lose a few feeding areas for wading birds but I think it's more important to keep the lights on!
