Is this sad?

Thu Dec 10, 2015 7:13 pm

With the weather being like it has, for the last couple of weeks its been almost pointless going out with an airgun, and I have found myself getting the airguns out just to clean them and an excuse to shoulder them. ( more than once) Just to feel the gun in my hands. Is this sad or what.

My wife had to go stay with her ailing mum in London this week (she has to do 1 week on and 1 week off sharing 24 hour care with her sister). So thats the Christmas holiday in the sun buggered :(
Would you believe, i have my latest acquisition......dare i say it a HW100T, laying on the top of her bed, just in case something presents itself for target practice when i draw the curtains.
I must say, i do give it a fondle before lights out :D

Not so much on this new site but on the old one .... we used to regularly get pictures of rifles on the bed .... sometimes with the home slippers of the AAOC member showing at the bottom of the picture .... no sign of the missus anywhere. Just your feet, the rifle and the bed ..... True love ! 8-) 8-) 8-)
