i changed the oil on my van recently. during my routine maintenance i checked the level. my question is;what kind of idiot thinks " I Know! i shall make the end of the dipstick Black!"

Did you have to fit a longer one to reach the oil

Dipsticks cum, in all different sizes and colors. As long as it rides okay, don't matter how you dip your stick...
