How is this different to terrorism?

I have been watching the disgraceful scenes that have arisen due to the strike action by Calais ferry workers.

But this action really annoys me.

That is not strike action but an act of terrorism, where was Eurotunnel security when the people where carrying the tyres onto the track and setting them alight?

If "strikers" can do that then serious terrorist attack can surely not be far away!

I totally agree with the point you make about terrorists and how easy could it be too perform an act of terrorism....but

one thing i do admire about the French is if they don't agree with decisions they`re government has made they don't hang about in showing they`re disgust

I don't think it was an act of terror at all. Surely they wanted to cause as much disruption to their employers as possible rather than terrorising anyone?

I doubt they'll resort to endangering lives. :)

Maybe it's time to use the tunnel for a more appropriate use?
Feed all the English sewers into it.

Initially that was the idea unfortunately due to poor plumbing it slopes the wrong way and we get a significant backflow

What you may not realise is that once a fire has occurred on rails the section has lost its tempering and has to be replaced. These are ferry workers and nothing to do with Eurotunnel, in Britain they would be arrested and prosecuted for endangering life.

A one way valve and a large explosive charge would turn it into something useful. A multibarreled shitgun.
