ROAD WORKS,

Tue Jun 09, 2015 10:30 pm

You can tell it's summer again, all the bloody road cones are out.

Its crazy, Heath and safety gone mad,,, On the way to work this morning same old story road works. This time I had time to get out of the car to have a look at the hole the workers had dug, 2, meters across, and 2,meters deep, the hole road was taken by this size hole,,, they must have spent more time putting up the Barriers, cones, tape, signs and The dreaded traffic lights than digging the bloody hole.

Who? sets the (timer) on Temp traffic lights,,,, this idiot Whom? sets up the timer on temp Traffic lights, must be the most hated man in England.

The person whom? sets the timer on temp road work traffic lights.... I think we would all love to shove a pineapple Violently up his rectum.

It's getting worse too, Road side workmen of the past, you would normally see them ether leaning half a sleep against the shovel or unscrewing the top from their flask and then blowing on the hot tea to cool it,,, and then light up a fag.

However it's worse now!,,, you don't see them at all. the must hide somewhere in the truck,,, with the brush sticking up out of the cab..... :(

Bloody road works.... ARRRGH!

The road works on the A45 have been going on for a year. They are putting in an underpass. Every time i go passed nothing seems to be happening....but when you think of whats being done and how they do it whilst traffic still flows is unbelievable. Once its done they still wont get thanked :o .
With health and safety its a wonder they get started in the first place.
