My permission will be like a swamp after all this rain we've had
Its a cattle farm so they will have made a right mess in all the gateways
It must stop raining soon surely..

Aye our main permission is mixed Bri but all the beef heard inside now. Still very muddy though. The pigeons coming off the Rape today provided some cracking sport . KJ shot particularly well today. We had some cracking shots mate. I was using the Auto today which i have'nt used since being on the Geese a couple of months back. I've got another Pheasant Day in the Borders on 11th December and a Let day on 20th January and then that'll be it for this season. Gonna get out for a Stalk before Christmas to put some Venison in the freezer for over the Holiday period. Yum Yum!!!

Im hoplng that the cattle are in the sheds by now also. all the static caravan owners have gone home so i will have all the farm too myself again.

Aye get yersel out with that rimmy and nail a few bunnies mate. I'm going out for a lamping session next week on one of my other permission. Farmer was on phone saying he had'nt seen me in a few weeks. He's paranoid where the Rabbit population is concerned. Its trying to fit everything in and keep everyone happy coz work is demanding as well. not complaining though
