I was given a tip once about standing on the edge of the bed, and with the duvet cover inside out you reach in and grab the duvet at the corners.You can then shake the cover over . Well i was right inside and slipped of the bed. I had a groin strain for a week and half and dare not tell anyone how i had done it:oops:
