All trump’s properties on your side of the pond are bleeding red ink profusely and Deutsche Bank (only bank left that would lend him money) just cut him and his companies off. Yeah he was trying to borrow another $125 million to renovate them so they would draw more people and more revenue when BANG, no more PGA.

So yeah buy a nice used golf course but wait a few months, I guarantee the price is going to come down...

I’d buy one myself but all my money is tied up in debt...

Ps...drove to freaking Georgia for a 2011 Kawasaki Zx10r abs with less than 2,000 miles. It was 13 hrs down and 14 hrs coming back but damn it’s like new...I’ll put it up for sale in April/May, if i don’t get what I want for it I’ll ride it for the summer and try again the next spring...traction control, power modes, graves slip on with cat delete and not a scratch. Took it for a test ride and oh yeah!!

Had a quick blast on a mates BMW that had traction control, never again, too unpredictable when it kicks in, no fun when your pushing it through some seriously quick bends and it decides IT knows better, no way of turning it off on his bike either, think he`s selling it on after only 2 months before it kills him
