That would be a bad move with the way censor things now.

Maybe try a site redesign here with different forum software.

with all the reposts about facebook being a bad bet, i would say not. if it did prove to be something undesirable, the plug can always be pulled on it. the facebook group can be a closed group to keep those who just troll at bay.

Possibly have a look at Xenforo.
You can do custom pages, file download area and media.

I, to be honest keep forgetting to go on Faceache.
Dont like it on my phone, so voted no. But would visit when I remember :(

I'm in the No camp, only because many people have dumped facebook because of all the breaches of data protection and the fact that the harvested data has been used for targeted use. It worries me that totally unknown to us that our links to one another can be grouped and in some cases used against us, yes I understand that it would be easier for us to converse with one another but I feel the downside outweighs the up.

Of course, a compromise would be to have a Facebook page the details what this site is about with a link to the Forum.
