It just poured down here only lasted a few minutes but if you get caught in these heavy showers you end up wet through..as i type this the sun is now shinning :D

I remember shopfitting in Greenock (the 2nd wettest place in scotland) with some lads from sheffield, one of them asked me "does it ever stop raining here?" I replied "yes, of course, sometimes in winter, it snows!"

They have a saying on the Cumbrian coast, if you can't see the Isle of Man it's raining, if you can see it, it's going to rain.
