I need help please!

Is there a carpenter on here or close to me that I would be able to contact via phone or meet up with to help me out ?,
My problem. I have removed the recoil pad from my S200 and broke it in the process (not a problem as I ordered a adjustable one) now here's where it goes pair shaped I have 2, a bisley adjustable recoil pad and one I brought from Julian that's made for the target version of the s200 both are way to small the stock needs editing ! I'd be happy if I could just center the pad but then the new screw holes are to close to the previous ones ,I m at a loss now .any help would be much appreciated.

cut a hard wood peg glue and tap it in the old hole wait until the glue has gone off and cut the peg flush.
