The och aye's have it,after this afternoon's debate the misguided notion of vetting all airgun users appears to be a step closer to becoming reality.

It was never in doubt.
They asked for it to be devolved so there was no way they were not going to use it. Why ask for it, then do nothing about it.
I think they will wish they had never asked. It will cost them money so it will really hurt

No problem, they can raise huge amounts by selling guns handed in under the proposed amnesty

But seriously all this could create a lucrative if short lived industry,gun running north to south across the border senor.

I was thinking about getting a FAC. high power airgun and also a 17HMR. but I live in south east London. so it will be hard to get.

If you do apply for a firearm certificate in London,could you let us know how you get on?.
