Just to let you know Paul Harris (Harris) had a bad mountain bike crash last week.
He is still in hospital with 4 broken vertebra and other injuries.
He is expected to make a full recovery.

He looks well chilled in his hospital bed. Of course he will milk it.
Give it a month and he will be doing silly thing again
