Line of sight with the 50mm objective will be okay; with S400/410 skinny barrel the scope can sit low enough. The issue is with 30mm tube clearing the mag. I'd check the Sportsmatch medium mounts... they are okay in 25mm but scope centre is the same on 30mm mediums so I don't think they will clear the mag. Nikko Stirling Match mediums will... NS have the same height to bottom of 25mm and 30mm rings. I can give you dimensions if needed.

Edit:
Dimensions for 30mm 2-piece rings
NS High/Med 24/17mm - bottom of tube to bottom of clamp (take off 2mm if measuring to rail)
SM High/Med 21/15mm
BKL Med/Low 25/17mm

I don't like Hawke quality. Never had a problem with NS Match (round top not the cheaper NS flat top).

bloody hell , I'm in trouble then with a 4-16x56 scope or the 8-32x56 one :-) :-) :-) .

I'm sure both are on 30mm medium sportsmatch mounts (any mounts will do as long as they are not ebay shit for £5 ), I like the scope to be close to the barrel :-).
