Finally solved the Q-tech problem. Removed the baffles, threw them in the bin and replaced them with hair rollers wrapped in thick pan scourers 👍. No more clipping and whisper quiet. Come on Air Arms please don't try and re-invent the wheel.

Yes it is Peter and in my Fac Gun the only difference is a couple of washers between the baffles.
P.S I studied your videos on the trigger and how to make it better, still rubbish.

Replace all the sears and springs. Someone may have had the Dremel to them

I'll take the side plate off and send you a picture, see if you notice anything out of the ordinary.
It's a 3 sear trigger unit so shouldn't be too much bother to strip and re-assemble.
I'd rather you have a quick look than fork out on new sears when a home modification can be done.
