Gun rest bags

Good evening gents!
I have filled mine with rice.........too bloody heavy to lug about now
Seeing as i'm not getting any younger, what can i use that is lighter?
Oh! not bean bag filler
had a go with that.....it ended up all over the house

Can you still buy dried pigeon peas? They were great in pea shooters. Probably lighter than rice. Anyway REAL bean bag filler is dried beans!
