Old Downs pursuits

I paid a visit this weekend because Blackcats was closed.
A bit difficult to find but a friendly welcome, clays and air rifles. A 45 yard plinking range and an HFT course for £6 per session. Not fantastic, the knockdowns could do with some TLC but it was well worth the money. Free tea and coffee too apparently but we didn't have time to explore that side of things. Quite sheltered from the wind and I would say underused by airgunners, If you're close and fancy a plink it's well worth the effort.
Call in if you get the chance.

Even more difficult for me to find... I haven't a clue what part of the world you're talking about!

Hi Timmy, glad it was quiet on the plinker range this particular Sunday as it gave us plenty of time to put my Pro-Sport through its paces. Thanks for taking the trip over to compare our Pro-Sports and putting my mind at rest as to the "problem with my gun " . Nice to have met you and Jo, looking forward to meeting up next time your up this way.
